Winemaking:
After a careful selection of our best grapes, they are destemmed, crushed, and placed in stainless steel vats where they undergo 24-hour cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, and malolactic fermentation. Once all winemaking processes are complete, the wine ages for six months in French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red wine with a fruity aroma, with cherry, black fruit, some jam, and spices. Wood notes are present, in balance with the primary aromas. On the palate, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannins in perfect symbiosis with the aroma.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with meat dishes, cheeses and sausages.
