After total de-stemming and slight crushing, the grapes began maceration in a stainless steel press, with temperature control, where alcoholic fermentation began spontaneously. Eight days of maceration where light work was carried out on the blanket. Pressing to three quarters of complete alcoholic fermentation and two rackings before the start of malolactic fermentation. Aging for 7 months where 50% of the batch remained in a used barrel and the remaining 50% in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes:
Open ruby colour. On the nose, notes of wild fruits, forest and sap. Soft tannins and strong acidity in the mouth, resulting in a harmonious and fresh combination.

Service Temperature 16ºC-18ºC.
