Winemaking:
From old vines in a field blend aged for ten months in French oak (half new, half used).
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Brownish red colour with nuances. Clean scent, involved, intensity and showing some complexity, some hints of tobacco and charcoal, this then adds a layer of acidity. It’s not particularly fleshy, but there are plenty of tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
