Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration to obtain an aromatic, concentrated and elegant wine. Ageing in small stainless steel vats.

Grape Varieties:
Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão,Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
It has an aroma of ripe red fruits and spices with a good volume in the mouth, making it a gastronomic wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º C and 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat dishes.
