Product details
This wine is born from the grandeur of very old vines. With an east-facing sun exposure, this vineyard develops a balanced ripening of the grapes; the location influences the sensory notes of our wines. The vines in the eastern plot receive gentle sunlight in the early hours of the day, avoiding the intense afternoon heat. This factor favors the preservation of the grapes' natural acidity, resulting in a wine full of fresh fruit, vibrant, concentrated and elegant with notes of fresh red fruits, with a more incisive and balanced aromatic profile. Aged for 24 months in new 225L French oak barrels.
