The harvest was done manually to 20 kg boxes Followed by a selection of berries and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tank at 25 ° C. In the middle of fermentation brandy was added. The batch aged for 36 months in French oak barrels, which was followed by a staging of 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby-coloured, it reveals aromas and black cherries with hints of bitter chocolate. The silky tannins and great freshness balance the sweetness, leaving a long and attractive finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled at 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with dark chocolate desserts or deserts with eggs or even blue cheeses.
