Product details

Winemaking:
This fortified wine was made exclusively from the ‘Roupeiro’ grape variety, the most important white grape variety in the Alentejo. After selecting the best, perfectly ripe grapes in the vineyard, they were carefully crushed in the winery, separating the must. The must was then amuletised with wine spirit, specially selected for the purpose, resulting in a product of excellent quality. To qualitatively improve its organoleptic characteristics, this VLQPRD Alentejo liqueur wine is aged for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels.
