Winemaking:
Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy to preserve the natural sweetness. The grape skins remain in maceration with the wine for six months. Subsequently, the wine ages for 36 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
It displays the typical fragrant and floral aroma of the grape variety, but without excess, with great delicacy and finesse. On the palate, citrus notes emerge, with plenty of orange and tangerine peel, candied fruit, moderate sweetness balanced by fresh acidity. The result is harmonious and light, with a finish that is both intense and elegant.

Serve at 12ºC.

Serve as an appetizer or to accompany traditional Portuguese sweets.
