Tasting Notes:
Good black and red fruit, with some wood to the mixture. In the mouth has some body, discrete but well composed and balanced, very correct end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
