After a careful selection of the best grapes, the must is gently destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (27ºC - 28ºC), then subjected to a long post-fermentation maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for around 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
With a deep ruby color that captivates at first sight, this wine reveals a sophisticated aroma, where notes of ripe red fruits and violets intertwine with subtle hints of dried fruits. Each sip offers a rich and intense experience, with a flavor that combines the sweetness of ripe fruit and a light herbaceous touch, characteristic of the Douro region.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
