After receiving the grapes, which must arrive at the winery in perfect condition, they are crushed and destemmed. This is followed by a gentle cold maceration for five days. Fermentation takes place with the skins, which remain in contact with the must for three to four days, being regularly pumped over to better extract colour and aromas. When 50% of the grape sugars have fermented, the must is separated from the skins and continues to ferment until it reaches 17 grams of glucose/fructose. Fermentation is stopped by cooling, and the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for a further six months.

Tasting Notes:
It presents an aroma marked by red fruits, such as strawberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it reveals itself as young and fresh, where notes of strawberry, cherry and raspberry stand out, harmonized with a touch of sweetness and an enveloping texture of soft tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10/12°C.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent wine to accompany chocolate, chocolate desserts and red fruits, as well as dried fruits. It also pairs well with spicy dishes or can be enjoyed on its own as a delicious snack after dinner.
