Product details
Harvesting began in the first week of September. The winemaking philosophy of this unique plot was to convey the expression of the elegance and delicacy of the vineyard in the wine and thus the winemaking operations were always minimalist, using only whole bunches with light foot treading in traditional stone lagares and a brief period maceration period before completing alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels, in which the wine aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, before bottling.

Traditional grape varieties
Tasting Notes:
The rainy winter, the dry spring at bud break, and the hot summer provided the ideal conditions for this “world class wine”. The nose is marked by notes of black cherry and tobacco, a light smoky character, spices and herbs. Structure is the definition of elegance. In the mouth it is fresh, round, with a dry, spicy, long and persistent aftertaste.
