Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. On the nose, the aroma of black fruit and soft notes of toast and toasted cocoa stand out. On the palate, a very firm entry, a voluminous and enveloping wine. Very well balanced, with round tannins and a very long finish. Despite its 17 degrees, this wine stands out for its harmony.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
