Winemaking:
The grapes are stripped and crushed directly into the vat, 7 days of cold maceration; The alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32º, Malolactic Fermentation in French oak (40% of the lot). 40% of the batch aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Black fruits, chocolate and coffee aroma. In the mouth, the black fruits are noticeable, as well as some spices. Balanced structure, with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair with tapas, soft cheeses and grilled meats.
