Winemaking:
Fermentation of Fraga mockery of wine - Tinto is done in granite presses with mechanical steps. After fermentation, about a week of tanning, the wine was to stainless steel tanks where sediment solids in suspension. Bottling was made in May, after slight collage and filtration. Was stabilized by natural cold of two winters may therefore form a fine precipitate over time, which in no way affect the quality of wine.
