Manual harvest. Total destemming. After foot trodden it occurred alcoholic fermentation with different temperatures under control. Malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Staging 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Concentrated aroma of black ripe fruit and a light touch of wild fruits. In the mouth it has consistence with very expressive tannins. Good acidity. Good structure. Long end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal for accompanying red meats and when it is 10 years or older a soft cheese.
