Product details
After careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes were transported to the winery in 20kg boxes. This was followed by a new selection on the sorting table, and after destemming they were sent to temperature-controlled stainless steel vats where they fermented for 7 days. After the end of fermentation, the wine remained in skin contact for a period of 10 days and was then gently pressed, separating the tear must from the press must. Ageing for 20 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. The final blend is the result of selecting the best barrels.
