Tasting Notes:
Very dark ruby colour with purple rim. Blackberry, cassis, ripe bilberry and leather nose. Super smooth old world palate following the nose with very ripe fruit, matching acidity and moderate alcohol.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
