Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby color. Aroma of ripe fruit, floral notes, deep, exotic wood. In the mouth it is vinous, full-bodied, soft, spicy, deep and fresh.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with buttery goat and sheep cheeses, traditional sausages, red meats, delicate and consistent dishes.
