Careful selection of the best grapes from this variety. Cold maceration, followed by fermentation at 27ºC. Malolactic fermentation in barrels and ageing for 18 months in French oak barrels. Bottling in 2022 and long bottle ageing before being placed on the market.

Tasting Notes:
Dense garnet colour, deep notes of black fruit jam, violets and some bergamot. Spice, tobacco leaf and bitter chocolate complement the aroma. The palate is elegant, balanced and enveloping, with a finish marked by all its rich flavours and aromas.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
