Total destemming, cold decantation in 48 hours. Gentle pressing. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 13-15ºC. At the end of the fermentation, it went to used French oak barrels, where it aged for 7 months.

Light straw colour. Aroma of tea, white fruit and a slight touch of caramel. Unctuous palate, green pineapple, tea flower.
