Manual harvest of the blend 95% Aragonêz and 5% Antão Vaz. After destemming, the grapes go to marble lagares, where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out, followed by a 10-month aging in an amphora.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, clean and bright. Exuberant aroma of fresh wild berries, black cherry, wet clay and some balsamic notes. It is dense in the mouth, with a smooth final and intense attack, with the presence of tannins characteristic of Aragonêz.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 15/16 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs with Wagyu beef tenderloin with sautéed vegetables, codfish or grilled meats.
