Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Preta,Tinta Amarela,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Notes of violets, eucalyptus, varnish and black plums. Deep, complex, but always with freshness and great elegance. The palate is full of fresh fruit, liquorice and spice.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany elaborate dishes of red cranes and game meats.
