Tasting Notes:
After aging in barrels, it reveals very concentrated aromas, associated with notes of spices, black fruits and violets. On the palate it is engaging, marked by fruit, firm and smooth tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º-18º C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with intense cheeses and “pot food”, such as lamb stew, caldoso rice, broad beans and game dishes.
