Stalk 100% vinified in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Staging for 12 months in French oak barrels and 10 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Vinous aroma, ripe fruit, deep wood. Vinous flavour, full-bodied, soft and deep. It is a ripe and intense wine, specific of the “Terroir” of the Douro, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for many years after bottling.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend to drink it at a temperature of 16ºC. This wine of quality was not filtrated neither stabilized by cold, so we recommend serving carefully, it can create deposit.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with buttered Goat and Sheep Cheeses, traditional sausages (raw, boiled, or roasted) , red meats and hunt dishes.
