Product details
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested during the month of September due to the different maturations of the different vines, in order to maintain a good acidity and a moderate alcohol content. After a careful selection at the sorting table, the grapes were gently and slowly pressed with a mixture of whole bunch and destemmed grapes. Fermentation was natural, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel vats and subsequently subjected to a short maceration of the films. The wine aged for a year in stainless steel vats and a small part in old French oak barrels of 225 liters, until bottling.
