Product details
The harvest is done manually, with the bunches being hand-selected. The berries are destemmed and gently crushed. Traditional granite wine presses with foot treading were used as fermentation tanks; stainless steel fermentation vats for small batches; and food-grade PVC containers or fermentation in new 500-litre French wooden barrels. Each of these types of fermentation gives the wine a particular style. Single-varietal wines are the only ones aged in 500-litre barrels. After aging for between 15 and 20 months, they are bottled. All wines are sealed with natural cork. As they are not filtered or cold-stabilised, they may produce a precipitate with age.

Tasting Notes:
The dense, deep colour awakens the senses to a wine of good concentration. The effluvium of red fruit wrapped in spicy notes of great freshness highlight its strength and structure. In the mouth it enters and invades every corner without ceremony. Powerful, velvety, with full tannins, this is a wine with great charisma that captivates us with its seriousness and captivates us with its restlessness.
