The grapes come from a very poor vineyard of schist or granite origin. Very selective manual harvesting, in 20kg boxes. Atypical vinification for the Alentejo. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations; ‘Cuivason’ of more than 20 days. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak.

Tasting Notes:
Concentrated ruby colour. Intense, warm nose with notes of black forest fruits and spices. Full hot attack, full of flavour, with tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
