Winemaking:
Vinification in a controlled temperature between 25ºC-28ºC followed by enduring maceration for about 30 days. Staging 18 months in oak barrels and more 12 months in bottle.

Alicante Bouschet,Syrah,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. Fine and complex aroma features mature fruit to the fore with a hint of jam combining with vanilla and the light spices of wooden surroundings. Full-bodied in the mouth, denoting a solid structure, slightly acidic and with soft tannins leading to a prolonged and persistent aftertaste revealing all its complexity and balance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at 18ºC and served on appropriate glass to enhance its characteristics.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
