Winemaking:
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats. Second alcoholic fermentation in bottle at controlled temperatures. Disgorgement after staging for nine months on lees.

Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Citrus green colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Citrus aroma. Good freshness and minerality.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.
