Grape Varieties:
Alvarinho
Tasting Notes:
Following on from previous editions of the same wine, this is a very elegant Alvarinho, where citrus and floral tones are balanced with drier notes of tea leaf and wet stone. The slight presence of barrels adds complexity to the aroma. On the palate it's lively and harmonious, with good volume but acidity and minerality balancing a very discreet sweetness. With a long, creamy and complex finish, Wanabi is suitable for young consumption, but will certainly have an interesting evolution in the bottle.
