An Alentejo Regional Wine made with Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet grapes. Fermented in vats for 7 days. Aged sur lees for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Purple red colour. Aroma of ripe red fruit, plums, balsamic notes and subtle toast. In the mouth has body and elegance, structured, tannins well present, lots of fruit and spices well integrated with notes of toast and vanilla. Persistent and pleasant finish, with notes of mocha and chocolate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with typical Alentejo meals.
