Tasting Notes:
The aroma is characterised by dried fruit surrounded by fine wood characteristics. The palate has a pleasant sensation of volume with a slight vanilla flavour and a fresh, long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with slow-cooked fish and soft cheeses.
