Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in small open tanks of small capacity (3,000 L) for 6/7 days with temperature control (26 / 28ºC). Aging for 8 months in used French oak barrels (2/3 years) and 6 months in bottle.

Red fruit, cherry, some floral, chocolate, mild pepper, cedar. Wide body, low center, somewhat short, almost concave structure, always correct, always on, moderate energy. Very good acidity, medium tannins.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
