Winemaking:
Vinification without total destemming; Macerated for 5 days in the cold. The fermentation takes about 6 days. Wine made from grapes from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Baga, selected from the best areas of the Bairrada region. Tight maturation control in order to harvest very ripe and healthy grapes.

Intense violet colour, intense and complex aroma with notes of very ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, soft and persistent.

Store and Serve Advices:
