Tasting Notes:
It features a pink oil colour. Its aroma is very fruity and intense with notes of strawberry and gooseberry. In the mouth it is slightly fruity (red fruits) and very fresh.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 9 and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Best served as an aperitif. Also an ideal match with Japanese food, shellfish and salads.
