Tasting Notes:
It has a purple-red colour. Aroma with notes of red fruits, some jam and light spice. In the mouth it is well structured, with refined tannins and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to store in a cool place, at a constant temperature (ideal storage temperature 12ºC), away from light, and in a horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with game meat dishes, mushroom dishes and also grilled meats.
