Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour with slight violet tones. Complex and elegant, it presents nobility and distinction due to the long months of aging in French oak barrels and bottles. In the mouth it is fruity, smooth, balanced and harmonious.

Drink at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with roasted or stewed red meat, game and semi cured cheeses.
