Tasting Notes:
It is a very fruity wine, with notes of blackberries and currants, smooth tannins and a beautiful overall harmony.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10ºC-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Light white and red meats (roast chicken, turkey, duck, pork), light game dishes (rabbit and partridge), oily fish (salmon and cod), vegetarian dishes and pasta, goat stews, and aged and more intense cheeses.
