Lemon colour. Aroma with notes of pear, nectarine and yellow apple. In the mouth is fresh and mineral with notes of honeysuckle and persistent at the end of the mouth.

Best served at a temperature of 12ºC.

Ideal for spicy Thai dishes, Indian curries, smoked meat.
