Grapes from the Fonte Cal, Rabo de Ovelha and Síria varieties, planted in vineyards with an average age of 80 years in clay-schist soils. Fermentation and aging with agitation of fine lees in French oak barrels used until filling.

Tasting Notes:
Structured wine, with mineral character and torn citrus aromas. It presents complex notes, fruits like grapefruit and lime and very balanced and sharp acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Drink as an appetizer, or accompany grilled fish, salads with fresh cheese.
