This orange wine, or tanned white wine, was created naturally, with minimal intervention and from organically produced grapes. After the stems were removed, the grapes were crushed and placed in a tank where fermentation began spontaneously and where they remained for 12 days to ferment, as if they were red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Amber color. Notes of dried fruits, cinnamon, fig jam and aniseed. Velvety tannin. Great volume in the mouth, balanced with very elegant acidity. Persistent and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red meat, traditional Thai or Indian dishes, grilled white meat and cooked fish.
