Tasting Notes:
In the nose, it has a very fresh aroma with citric fruit in harmony with slight floral nuances and strong mineral notes typical of this terroir. Light fruit citrus touch, mineral sensation, green apple in the mouth, lively acidity giving much elegance to the wine, all of it subtle and well made.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
