Winemaking:
Total destemming and gentle pneumatic pressing. Only the best was selected, using only 40% of the grapes. 50% was fermented in 2nd use barrels. Sparkling using the classic method. Dégorgement took place in 2023.

Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
