The wort is decanted for 24 hours in vats 1,000 liters. Fermentation is spontaneous and made in stainless steel tanks. Gridlock for making foam was done in May, having matured for 63 months on the lees before disgorgement.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle on its side at a constant 15 °C. Serve chilled to 8 °C.
