Product details
Base wine, made using the open spout process, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. Second fermentation using the classic method for 15 months. One month of remuage followed by disgorgement. Aged for 15 months in the bottle and 2 months before being released to the consumer.

Baga,Touriga Nacional,Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes:
Clear citrus colour. White-fleshed fruits, green apples, some toasted notes with a slightly lemony finish. Good structure in the mouth, balanced, excellent fine mousse, fine and persistent bubbles. Intense, long, creamy and enveloping.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be consumed immediately or within the next 2 years, as long as it is stored upright or lying down in a cool, dark place. Serve at 6ºC.
Food Pairing:
As an appetizer and accompaniment to various starters.
