After a very delicate pressing of the grapes harvested in the last days of August (Chardonnay) and in mid-September (Arinto), the must fermented for 14 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The elaboration, following the classical method, began in April with the drawing, and the re fermentation took place in the basement for 20 days at 15 ºC, followed by a period of bottle aging on lees, 36 months, for the First batch in May.

Tasting Notes:
citrus yellow colour. Intense aroma, with notes of citrus peel, peach and orange blossoms and linden (dried). It has a full-bodied, smooth and creamy attack and a beautiful acidity that gives it persistence and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Drink at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.
