Tasting Notes:
Bright, pale pink colour. On the nose we can feel hints of gunpowder that take us back to the volcanic nature of this island and a slight hint of fruit reminiscent of white cherries. The feminine and fragile colour is in no way reflected in the rebellious sparkling acidity felt in this wine. Combined with an interesting volume in the mouth, this wine takes us to the middle of the ocean and with its salty nuances shows all the ‘island’ character found in it. The most diverse textures are present in this rosé, provoking a salivation completely different from what we're used to. Exuberant, linear and persistent, it finishes extremely precise, dry and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 11ºC. Keep the bottles layed down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with starters, salads, pasta and fish dishes.
