This Rosé Wine is produced exclusively with Espadeiro grapes from the Amarante region. The production method for this wine is a “Bica Aberta” style process. This method allows the juice to be separated from the red grapes without any type of maceration, resulting in a clean must with a very light colour. It is a “Traditional Style” wine, made in the old-fashioned way with the least possible intervention.

Tasting Notes:
Light pink wine with orange reflections. It has an aroma of wild berries with notes of grapefruit. It has an elegant and balanced palate, very pleasant with a long and delicate finish. Unfiltered wine to preserve the aromas of fermentation.

Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to enjoy with traditional Mediterranean diet dishes. Perfect to accompany salads and light dishes, or as an aperitif during a chat with friends before the meal.
