Fermentation takes place variety by variety in rotating steel vats (vinimatics), at a controlled temperature of 25ºC.
Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
A young, red wine. It presents an intense dark red colour with notes of plum, wild fruit and spices. Velvety in the mouth, with a balanced acidity and soft tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16º C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with light meat and grilled dishes.

Contains sulphites.
